Kitchencraft Pancake Pan

Sugar and Lemon Pancakes
100g (4oz) flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
300ml(1/2 pint) fresh milk
15ml (1 tbsp ) melted butter (optional)
Melted butter or oil for frying pan
Brush your pan with cooking oil.
Heat the pan until sizzling hot before batter is added.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the pancake then serve.
Yummy!!
The pan is suitable for electric or gas and is dishwasher safe.
Measures 24cm (interior) and is non stick with a 2mm base.
